Emily is a Registered Social Worker in Ontario and is a member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers. She utilizes a holistic approach to identify clients’ goals. She establishes a safe and trusting relationship to begin the therapeutic journey.  In therapy, her emphasis is building on clients’ strengths to improve individual and family functioning and discovering resilience in the healing process.

Emily’s clinical specialty is perinatal mental health. In the Niagara Region, there are limited services for pregnancy and postpartum depression and anxiety — but women and their families no longer need to feel alone.
