Clinic Policies

Appointments

  • Walk-In – no appointment necessary!

Hours of Operations

  • Current hours of operations are recorded on the clinic’s telephone information system.
  • The clinic may close off registration before closing time if the clinic has been unusually busy or if we have reached our limit for the day.

Health Card

  • All patients are required to produce a valid Provincial Health Card at the time of each visit, otherwise patients will be required to pay cash at the time of the visit.

Test Results / Prescription Renewals

  • We do not provide test results or prescription renewals over the phone.
