  1. In order to better serve our patients, we ask that when seeing the doctor you only bring up one health issue per visit.
    • If you have more than one health concern, we ask that you return to the clinic on another day to address that concern.
    • If you have more than one health concern but are unsure if they may be directly related, please let your physician know about these.
    • Your physician can prioritize with you the most important issue to be dealt with at that visit.
  2. If your test results are abnormal, we will call you. If your test results are normal, we will not call you.
    • If you wish to discuss any results, normal or abnormal, please make an appointment with one of our doctors. Our (support) staff is not qualified to discuss your results.
