  • All patients are required to produce a valid Provincial Health Card and photo identification at the time of each visit.  Children also need to show valid Provincial Health Card with photo identification of one of the parents.
  • We have the right to limit walk in patients depending on demand.
  • Our clinic is seeing new patients on a walk in basis, but we are not accepting regular family practice patients for ongoing care at the present time.
  • Not all physicians in clinic are seeing walk in patients.  Please call ahead for availability, especially on Saturdays.  Some Saturdays are appointments only with regular family physician.
